Using this site
These terms apply when you browse incendiary-concepts.com or buy from Incendiary Concepts LLC. By placing an order you agree to them, along with our return policy, shipping and warranty terms and privacy policy.
Orders and prices
Every part is printed to order. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay, with shipping and any sales tax added at checkout. If we listed a wrong price or can't make your order, we'll contact you and refund you in full before anything ships.
Fitment and installation
Each product page lists the vehicles a part is made for. Check that a part fits your vehicle before installing it, and message us if you're unsure. Our parts are interior trim and accessory parts. Install them so they don't block airbags, controls, gauges or your view of the road, and follow the wiring instructions for any switches you add. We aren't responsible for damage caused by improper installation, modification or misuse.
Limited warranty
Parts carry a 1-year limited warranty against print and material defects, as described on our shipping, returns & FAQ page. Any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, last only as long as this 1-year warranty. Some states don't allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limit may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Custom design services
Custom design work is quoted per project. We'll confirm the scope, price and timeline with you before starting. Send only photos and files you have the right to share.
Trademarks
Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Silverado, Sierra, Tahoe, Yukon, Suburban, Denali, OnStar, Honda, Toyota, YETI, Stanley, RAM Mounts, Sundown Audio and other brand names are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe which vehicles and products our parts fit. Incendiary Concepts is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of these companies. Our parts are aftermarket, not original equipment.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a part or service is limited to what you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states don't allow this limit, so it may not apply to you.
