Shipping, returns & FAQ
Every part is printed to order in our Missouri and New Mexico shops. Here’s how shipping, returns and our warranty work.
Shipping
Parts are made to order and ship within 5–7 business days of your order.
- Free shipping on orders over $100.
- You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
- Shipping outside the US? Contact us before ordering.
Returns
Return any part within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it hasn't been damaged by the customer.
- Arrived damaged in shipping? We'll send you a new one for free.
- Buyer pays return shipping, unless the part is defective or we sent the wrong item.
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Warranty
If a part cracks, warps or fails because of a print or material defect within 1 year, we’ll replace it free.
- Not covered: damage from modification, improper installation, accidents or misuse.
- Send us a photo of the issue and your order number.
Frequently asked questions
Will this part fit my truck?
Every product page has a “Fitment & details” box listing the years and models it’s made for. You can also use the “Find parts for your vehicle” tool in the shop. Still not sure? Message us your year, model and trim before ordering and we’ll confirm.
Will it warp in summer heat?
Dash and interior parts are printed in heat-resistant engineering plastics like ABS and PETG, chosen to handle sun and cab heat. Each product page lists the material used. If a part warps from a material defect, it’s covered by our 1-year warranty.
What colors are available?
Most parts come in black, grey, red, blue or tan, selectable on the product page where offered. Need a custom color to match your interior? Add a note at checkout or message us before ordering.
Why does it take 5–7 business days to ship?
Each part is printed to order rather than pulled off a shelf, which takes a few days. Once it ships you’ll get tracking right away.
How hard is installation?
Many parts clip right into factory openings with basic hand tools. Step-by-step PDFs are on our Install Guides page.
Can you make a part you don’t list?
Yes. Custom design is what we do. See our custom design service, from simple quick fixes to fully engineered parts.
Do you sell on Etsy and eBay too?
Yes, you’ll find us on both. Ordering here on our website gets you the best price.
