Return policy

Return window

You can return any part within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it hasn't been damaged by the customer.

What can't be returned

  • Parts damaged by the customer, including damage from modification, improper installation, accidents or misuse.
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.

Damaged in shipping

If your part arrives damaged, we'll send you a new one for free. Email us your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll get a replacement on the way.

How to start a return

  1. Email admin@incendiary-concepts.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the part you're returning.
  2. We'll reply with the return address.
  3. Ship the part back to us. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the part is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

We'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return, and email you a confirmation.
